Join us for our 36th Annual Family Yoga Retreat and get away from the routines of your daily life. Reflect and renew through the timeless practices of yoga in a supportive and beautiful Gulf Island setting.

Our teacher, Baba Hari Dass, will not be attending the retreat this year due to his increasing age and changing health. In the spirit of his life-long example, we are honored to host the retreat as always.

This retreat focuses on the classical teachings of eight-limbed ashtanga* and hatha yoga, an ideal opportunity for those new to yoga as well as those who wish to rekindle their personal practice. (*NOTE:  This yoga is not the same as ashtanga vinyasa yoga as taught by K. Pattabhi Jois.)

Our experienced and knowledgeable teachers provide systematic instruction in all aspects of yoga from asanas (yoga postures) to the empowering practices of pranayama (breath work), guided meditation and yoga philosophy.

The Retreat includes a Youth and Kids’ Program, for children aged 3 and over, allowing families as well as singles to attend. Please note that the Youth and Kids' Program is only available for children of parents registered in the adult program.
