In response to the many requests to extend the yoga getaways to three nights, we are offering that option on May 30 - June 2 and November 7 - 10! For those looking for a longer yoga retreat option, see our newest program:  Going Deeper Yoga & Study Retreat.

Our rejuvenating getaway retreat includes two nights accommodation, delicious vegetarian cuisine, and a variety of yoga classes to suit all levels. Choose from beginning hatha, invigorating power flow and gentle restorative yoga. Learn gentle breathing practices accompanied by guided meditation to harmonize body and mind.

Nurture yourself with wellness and beauty from an assortment of Ayurveda and bodywork sessions at our Wellness Sanctuary.

Take time outdoors, hiking or exploring the Island shops, galleries and famous outdoor market, or simply relax at the Centre, enjoying personal time in a serene setting.
