Friday afternoon/evening
Check in, have a cup of tea and make yourself at home. For early arrivals a mixed levels class is available before dinner. After a delicious meal and evening orientation, unwind with a guided relaxation. Later enjoy the wood-fired sauna* before settling into bed.

Saturday
Saturday morning starts gently with classical breathing practices and guided meditation. Then choose the posture class right for you:

New and Continuing Beginning Yoga (2 Levels as needed)
Slow moving, basic postures with an emphasis on alignment and breath while building concentration, strength and softness. Some flow as well as sustained postures with modifications to support individual needs. Emphasis and style of class varies with each instructor.

Intermediate Yoga
For those who are comfortable in basic postures and want more of a challenge. Class includes some vinyasa flow as well as sustained postures including inversions and hand balances. Emphasis and style varies with each instructor, who are open to posture suggestions.

Spend the early afternoon outdoors, hiking or exploring the Ganges shops and Farmers Market. Or, relax at the Centre, read by the fire or pond, or stroll through the gardens and grounds. In addition, enjoy a private bodywork session at our Chikitsa Shala Wellness Centre.

Return for late afternoon yoga; classes will unwind with a Restorative Yoga component. After dinner, indulge in a casual evening with homemade dessert and tea and an optional evening program.

Sunday
After your Sunday morning yoga, brunch, and good-byes, you’ll head for home refreshed, renewed and ready for the next journey life brings you.
