** - The pranayama taught at this retreat is based on the teachings of Baba Hari Dass which are taught in a specific order and method. Please read the following criteria to determine the class level that is appropriate for you:

Beginning Pranayama
  1. For students who are new to pranayama.
  2. For students who have learned pranayama in some other school or style of yoga.
  3. For students who have learned pranayama as taught by Baba Hari Dass but are not practicing regularly as defined below under Intermediate Pranayama.
Intermediate Pranayama
  1. For students who have received instruction in the beginning level pranayama as taught at the YTT, Annual Retreat or other programs at either Salt Spring Centre or Mount Madonna Center; or from a yoga teacher certified by the SSCY or MMC YTT.
  2. And are maintaining a regularly daily practice including the 4 purifications and tribandha pranayama (both as taught by Baba Hari Dass) for the 3-month period just prior to the beginning of this retreat.

7. Retreat Fees:  * Fees include cost of tuition and accommodation (all facility usage, vegetarian meals, tea bar, and evening programs). While every effort will be made to provide your first choice for accommodation, on-site options fill up fast, so if you are willing to consider other accommodation choices, please select "2nd Choice" and "3rd Choice" options.

11. PAYMENT METHOD:     PayPal    Credit Card (By Phone)    Personal Cheque / Money Order

All fees must be paid in full to hold your reservation. Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and include all applicable taxes.

If you select PayPal as your payment method, a PayPal invoice will be emailed to you. If you wish to phone in your credit card information, please call us at 250.537.2326. Your credit card number will not be kept in our files subsequent to processing your payment. Please do not under any circumstances send your credit card information by e-mail. We also take Canadian or US cheques and/or money orders. Payments in US funds will be credited toward program fees at the prevailing exchange rate.
