This talk will reflect on our retreat theme. After the talk, participants will have an opportunity to discuss related questions and share their own experiences in small groups.

Wake Up!

Pad Kirtan & Arati

“Pad Kirtan” literally means “singing while walking” and it’s the wake-up call. Enjoy this as you rise in the morning, regardless of the time. Arati, a devotional ceremony of Light, offerings and prayers to the aspects of Divine energy. Balancing all of Nature, within and without. This ritual, given to us by Babaji, is from Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of the
Heart.

Sadhana - All Levels

Chandra 

A class for all levels, both beginning students and those with an ongoing practice. We will chant mantra and practice breath work and pranayama for purification of the subtle nerve channels in the body. The class will include beautiful methods of pratyahara, to withdraw the mind inward, deepening our focus and concentration, followed by guided meditation and a brief reading.

Sadhana - Intermediate

Divakar

This class includes prayers, pranayama and meditation. This class is for those who are practicing Babaji’s teachings of the 4 purifications and Bandhas, as well as Bhastrika and Sahit Kumbhaka. This class is for those who are already familiar with these practices and do them regularly.

In this schedule, “Pick Your Practice” refers to physical movement / posture classes. Choose from gentle hatha, yoga therapy, power, restorative and nervous system healing
classes.
