This role works collaboratively with the Programs, Human Resource, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Maintenance and other staff members to ensure smooth running of our programs. The Operations Coordinator is involved at the planning stage of events and works closely with the Programs Coordinator to ensure logistics and arrangements for events are properly set up before and taken down after programs and events. This position also works closely with the Human Resource Coordinator to ensure our 10-week Residential Karma Yoga Program runs smoothly. This role also manages a roster of off-land and ad-hoc volunteers who help out during our busy season, and also handles special projects as required.
